In our early sessions, I’ll take time to get to know you — your story, what’s bringing you in, and what feels important to you right now. There’s no rush; therapy moves at your pace.

I work in an open-ended way, so you won’t need to worry about fitting your process into a fixed number of sessions. Some people come for a few months, others stay longer. Together, we’ll find what’s right for you.
