For children, play is more than just play — it’s how they communicate, process their world, and express emotions they may not yet have words for. In therapy, play becomes the language through which they share their joys, fears, frustrations, and hopes.

Not all children are ready or able to talk directly about their inner experiences. Sometimes, it may feel too overwhelming or unclear. Through play therapy, I offer a warm and supportive space where children can safely explore and express themselves in the ways that come most naturally to them.

During our work together, your child will lead the way through self-directed play. As they engage, we will gently make sense of the stories, symbols, and emotions that emerge — always at their own pace. This process helps them begin to organize their experiences, work through big feelings, and move toward greater emotional resilience and self-awareness.

Play therapy can be a deeply healing and transformative experience for children. It honors their developmental needs while offering them a safe and nurturing space to grow.
